Error 2

I have been publishing my web with FrontPage 2000 for years.
Now I get the message:
Server error: Error 2 opening registry key "SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Shared
Tools\Web Server Extensions\Ports\Port 80"

How can I fix this ?
