Error #2001D Message: Theme Path Doesn't Exist...

Tammy

We have someone using FPage 2000. This the error that is
generated on the server when a users tries to update a web
site via Front Page. "Error #2001D Message: Theme Path
Doesn't Exist "blueprnt" not found".

He has consistenly published this website successfully and
this error started in the middle of one afternoon when he
had been working on it.

File server extensions have all been checked to make sure
they're loaded/current.

The error log file on server has no additional information
regarding this.

It sounds like a folder or file is missing but is there
some reason that this would just happen randomly, and if
it is missing, how do you 'reload' a particular theme?
Thanks very much,
Tammy

Have the user run a Detect and Repair of FP. Also suggest that the user work locally on their PC and
then publish to the server.

Thomas,
Thanks for your quick reply. Unfortunately, we tried that
and they're still getting the same error so any other
ideas you have would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Tammy,

If the user has a local copy that is working correct, have they done a complete publish overwriting
all content on the server?

Tammy,

If the server has the FP2002 extensions, make sure the user is set up as Administrator or Advanced
Author under Edit User Roles, otherwise the user will not have access to using themes.
