Error: -23016

No problems checking mail from home, but I have been getting this error when
trying to open POP servers from work. This is true of multiple servers, not
just the one associated with my ISP. All of them ping using Network utility.

The company I work for is in the process of moving from Novell to Exchange,
but my department has not been moved (or given our 2 week notification).

Any suggestions?
