On a Windows 7 computer with Microsoft Office Student and Home 2007
installed, the User can't install Access 2007 Run-time. Get the following
error.
Error 25004. Config Xml not specified: A valid config.xml file must be
authored when deploying '(null)'.
The Office student and Home 2007 does not look like it has Access 2007
installed.
Can't run the set up for Office Student and Home to verify the installed
products either.
