Error 2755 with Outlook2000 install on W2k

Hi there,

I get this error message : "THE SYSTEM CANNOT OPEN THE DEVICE OR FILE
SPECIFIED", "Error 2755" .

Trying to install Outlook 2000 on W2k under Administrator account,
always worked for everything else so far.

If anybody knows about this, help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
