So I built a macro to launch a pre-built package. This package is basically
an append qry. Nothing special about it.
The macro is 3 lines:
Close: Form, z_address
OpenStoredProcedure: address_update
OpenForm: z_address
I checked MS and found that I needed to add the database to the trusted list
to solve this problem. Unfortunately it didn't fix the issue. I added both
the local file and the sql server to the trusted locations. However it had no
effect on this error. Interestingly, the macro does run the stored procedure
without issue, and the records get copied appropriately.
There is one other thing, and I don't know if it has any effect or not, but
when the stored procedure runs, i get a notice from access "The stored
procedure executed successfully but did not return records."
Interesting message given that the procedure does copy the records as it was
designed to do.
Any suggestions?
