Error 3033 with an unsecured database

We access the 2003 database using Office 2007 and we do not use an mdw.
Everyone goes in as Admin.

Front-end links to tables in back-end. Front end opens and all objects are
visible, but the tables won't open and we get an error that Help says is
3033. Can open the backend at all.

What do I do>

Where are the tables linked from... another MDB? Can you open that
database? OR is it an SQL Server?

3033 is a permissions violation. The correct settings for any Access
application are to have all users have read, write, modify, and delete
rights to the folder where the BE is.
