I could not open a database I created. When I double clicked the program, I
got "You don't have necessary permission to use this object ..." and after I
clicked Help button, I learned that I have an error code of 3033. How did
this happen? I figure that this may have something to do with the workgroup
but I did not create any workgroup other than the default one and I did not
change it.
Any help or suggestion is greatly appreciated.
