As soon as
? Workspaces(0).Databases.Count
displays 9 and another database is opened the message 3048 occurs.
This problem is reproducable on many different machines.

- how can i increase the # of databases that can be opened concurrent?
The standard maximum is 10 and I would like to set it to 20.
