Error -3176

A couple of staff members are having trouble sending an email to a Dutch address. When they try and send it, the message bounces back with the following message:

<[email protected]>: host
mondriaanfoundation.nl[213.222.20.179] said: 503 This mail server requires authentication when attempting to send to a non-local e-mail address. Please check your mail client settings or contact your administrator to verify that the domain or address is defined for this server. (in reply to RCPT TO command)

Any ideas of what to do?

Try making sure that authentication is turned on for sent messages. Look in
the Account Setting for that account under advanced sending options. If
that's not the problem try contacting postmaster at mondriaanfoundation.nl
