Error 3709 - Search key was not found in any record

I am recieving this error when runing this code in Access 2007.

DoCmd.TransferDatabase acImport, "Microsoft Access", Me.Dest, acTable,
"TestingDataTbl", "TestingDataTbl"

Whats weird is it works in Access 2000-2003

Any help would be great , thank you
