Error 5015 HELP!!!

All,

I'm getting this error (An internal server error has
occurred and Project cannot log you on at this time.
Please try again later. (5015)) when I try to log into
ProjectServer, unfortunately, no one in the company can
get into the system. I need urgent help! Please let me
know what I can do to fix it!

Michelle,
you got problem with logging in. 5015 means user was not found on session
start.

Do the following:
please check if there is enough free space on hard drive where ms sql is
installed.
Also check if log file for project server database is not full.
The last option is probably most probable.
Use 'shrink database' and shrink transaction log. If logging method is full
it may fall.
So using enterprise manager backup transaction log, OR change to simple and
try again. Than switch back to full.

If it is not the case check the following:

1 - check administrative log and application log where project server is
installed,
2 - check administrative log and application log ms sql server is installed,

Give all us feedback with results.

Thanks Jakub.

The log files for project server db were indeed full. I
performed a backup of the log files and ensure to perform
the delete upon backup. It worked!
