error 550

I have two ISPs for which I use outlook to send and receive mail. I can send
mail on my Virgin account, but my freeserve accounts gives me an "error 550
administrative prohibition".
What is this? Is there a way to send mail using freeserve?

You are probably trying to send emails through the freeserve account but
from the Virgin email address and ISPs tend to get niggled when you do this.
What version of Outlook are you using because you maybe able to authenticate
to Freeserve and the setting for this is on the Server tab in the Properties
of the email account.
