error 550

I keep getting error 550 when sending an email. I have made the recepient on
the safe list but am still unsucessful. How do I fix this

What does the REST of the NDR (non-delivery report) e-mail say?

Have you yet tried configuring the e-mail account that you defined
within Outlook to authenticate to the SMTP mail host?
