Error -7778 on Import Table using ODBC to AS400

Each time I try to import a table using an ODBC datasource
connected to an AS400, I receive error message: Reserved
error (-7778); there is no message for this error.

Any ideas?
Do I need an updated ODBC driver? If so, where can I get
one?
