Error 7882 after reset Project Server Queue and Events Services

[NQS]

I have installed Windows 2003, SQL 2005 SP3, Sharepoint 2007 and Project
Server on same machine. I installed and create the PWA site without problems,
but when I reset server or the QUEUE services in event viewer show this two
error:

I found a paper that to tolk about add dependonservice on key registry, I
triyed that, but the problem continued. I too verified thta the account of
the service is with access to internet.

Please, if someone have any idea...
