Error 91

Taskbar nor toolbars are displayed when either a old or
blank document opens in Word.

[Project]__DelGMMenu.Init Error: 91: object variable or
with Block variable not set

[Porject]__AddMenuOptions.Create GM Menu Error: 91: object
variable or with Block variable not set

Please someone help me!!!! Thanks
