Error 9100

After I opened a project from the server and made a change and saved it back
to the server I got this message:

An exception occurred in the Microsoft Project Server
Microsoft Project Server encountered a problem with this error: 9100.
Please contact your server administrator.

I also got this entry in the Microsoft Project Server Spooler:

Message Type: Publish Project Plan
Error: SYSTEM ERROR (0x80004005)
Time: 7/22/03 6:21 PM
Project File: MyProject.Published
Server: http://project2k2/projectserver
Manager: Domain\Username

I can not find any documentation on this error. Any help on the origin of
the error and how to correct it would be appreciated.
