9100 Error message while closing/saving a project.

I asked this question & got a couple of responses which didn't work. I am
publishing this question again in expecation to get some more helps.

When I publish/re-publish/save/close my project information to the server, I
am getting an error on the screen.

"An exception occured in the Project Server.Project server encountered a
problem with the error code :9100.Please contact your server administrator."

This is becoming a frequent issue in our organisation & i am desparate need
of help on this issue. Thanks to waqar & Aviva for their advice . But those
didn't work.Can anyone help me out?

The error message number provided 9100 and the job GUID or correlation GUID
can be used in searching the ULS logs for the specific issue. Also the
project GUID and sometimes the users Windows Account also appear in the ULS
logs to help identify the series of events that lead up to the failure.
