Error when project server user opens administrative project

Hi

When a project server user tries to open admin projects the following error
is displayed : " An exception occured in the Project Server. Project Server
encountered a problem with this error code: 9117. Please contact your server
administrator."We are still on the project server 2003.

Can anyone assist please?

Hi Zelly,

This appears like an exception due to some lack or mess in user
permission. Please check what permissions that the project server user
has and whether your security model allows this user to open that
project. Also ensure that project dont have anything else that this
resource can't access.

For me, this looks like a lack of permission for the project server
user.
