error (920) message when performing save as

vision 2002 sp-2. i have created a diagram, saved it as a visio .vsd file, &
am now trying to save it as a jpg to insert it into a ms word file, as word
will not allow inserting of visio files. i get an error (920) message when
saving to any file format other than vsd. my diagram only has 1 layer.

Paul - thank you - but the fix was not completely successful. I am now able
to export to jpg (under certain but not all settings), but the resultant file
just has a stray diagonal line in it coming off the top edge of the image
area. Any clues?

Try in other format first, PNG or GIF for example, it's very unlikely
that JPG format is what you need anyway.

Solved. In the output dialog box, I was trying to stipulate a specific size
in inches. When I changed that setting to pixels, the export succeeded. Thank
you.
