Error about the resource windows account

Hi,

I am facing a problem the user is properly exist in the Resource Pool . but
when we publish the task the spooler error is displaying " user does not
exist "
and when we go and see the project resource view there is user with has no
account and email information only his name is displaying there.

and when I write in resource sheet a user email and his windows account
information .and save it .

but next time when we open the project and publish the tasks to same user .
the spooler error is again displaying and email information , windows
account information losted from resource sheet .

I dont know what is a problem.

Basim:

To update resource information for resources included in the Resource Pool,
you must open the resource pool and checkout the resource to make updates.
This is not something you can do within a Project unless you're dealing with
local resources.
