Error Access File

I am trying to insert a combo box and when i go to type the code into VB it
comes up with an error messgae say 'Error Accessing File. Network Connection
may have been lost' and wont let me type anything. I have reinstalled Access
and my database is not saved on the network it is saved on my desktop.

Can anyone help???
