Error accessing file. Network ...

Every time I import a form or module or report or even a table, after, I get
the message:
"Error accessing file. Network connection might have been lost".
Then that mdb is useless, just won't work anymore.
My luck I always make a copy from the good one first. but this puzzels me.
never had that before.
This is Access 2000, running on Vista premium sp1. as I said, never had a
problem with it.
I don't have a network either. It's just a simple database, sort of.
Any idea what the problem is ?

As mentioned by Chris, the database appears to be corrupt. You can try
importing everything into a new, blank mdb file. It might work and it might
not. If it doesn't you'll probably have to rebuild things. It might import
and work for some objects and not others (particulary forms).

Here's how you might be able to salvage your forms as well:
