Error Accessing File

AFter years of having no problems with an ever-evolving
large database, I now get the message: "Error accessing
file. Network connection may have been lost." whenever I
try to look at or modify a module. I have read KB 304548
but I have a much later version of Vbe6.dll and I have
installed sp-3 which supposedly fixed this. The only
thing that I have recently done is installed Microsoft
Flight Simulator. ANy Ideas.

Do you have a back-up of the file prior to this error and are you able to
open the back-up without the error? I think SP3 only prevents the compile
error from occuring, I don't believe it repairs a file with this error.
