Error adding new users in MS Project Web Access

I am using MS Project Web Access to add users and I get the following error
every so often. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. The accounts are
not locked and seem ok. Any ideas?

"The resource could not be saved due to the following reasons: The NT
account specified is invalid. Check the spelling of the user name, verify
that a valid domain name was included, and check that a duplicate domain was
not used."

Hi Ginny,

I had this issues very often earlier.

1. Please ensure the NT account that you provided are correct
2. Please ensure that the web server Application error log do not
show any errors saying "connection to Domain Controller failed" or
something relevant to this.

Try accessing PWA from loging into any of web servers?
