After installing Win2000 and Office2000, I updated with
all the latest service packs for both Windows and Office,
including up to Office SP-3. This done on a machine with
locked-down security. Logging in the first time as a
regular user, I get the error message: "Advanced INF
install failure. Reason: Access is denied." The Microsoft
support web site says that SR1a should fix this, but I
already installed it and still have this problem. Any
ideas? Workaround?
