error after installing WSS

Hi,
After installing WSS I can't open PWA... the error message is:
The following file(s) have been blocked by the administrator:
/ProjectServer/Lgnint.asp

What's wrong with it?

Cesar:

If you installed WSS on the same Web Site as Project Server, then you need
to go to SharePoint Central Administration and add the Project Server path
to the exclusions list under managed paths.
