When does this error happen? If it happens when opening Outlook Express,
post to an OE group as it is a part of Internet Explorer/Windows, not
Office.

Well on the setup it is windows xp pro with office 2000 pro. the error is
happening when she trys to do anything in outlook. any ideas?
