error archiving emails with attachment

When archiving or moving email with attachment to .pst
file, we receive error: can't move the items. some items
could not be moved. they were either already moved or
deleted, or access was denied.

mailbox size is very large, but can move/archive messages
without atachments. receive error even when moving just
one message.

any suggestions for a work around?

What version are you using? If you're using a Beta version of Outlook
2003, this is a known issue that was fixed with the release version.

We're using Outlook 2000, various SR1 and preSR1
