I'm trying to perform an action at access but it gives an error with the
option to repair the open database and restart microsoft Access. This problem
has started a few days ago. What can be causing it?

You might try posting the "action you are trying to perform". It will help
someone figure our what might be happening.

Sorry,

I have a table that has a one to many relationships with other tables. I have
designed a form that contains subforms. When I try to go, forward or backward,
it gives me that error. When I try to select a record based at a value that I
entered at a combo box it gives me that error too. It worked perfectly but
now it decided to put me crazy.

The system is divided in BE and FE

Thanks,

Carla

Hi Carla,
Have you tried to Compact and Repair the db yet? Tools>Database Utilities
Do you have any bogus MISSING references? While viewing your code go to
Tools>References Will your db compile?

The most incredible thing is that I’ve imported all objects to a new database.
I’m using an Access 2002 in a win xp professiona 2002 OS. I’ve copied this
file to a new computer with access 2003 and there isn’t any problem. The main
problem here is that the 2002 computer is my developer computer and I’ve to
use it, I must to solve this problem there. It started to happen suddenly and
I don’t have any explanation for that.

Thanks,
Carla
Hmmm...
I think I would try MVP Allen Browne's suggestions.
