error at startup

I receive the following error on one of my terminal
servers when the user logs in:

C:\documents and settings\rondavb\applications
data\microsoft\addIns\c:\Program files\microsoft
office\office\sbcmsync.dll is not a valid office add-in.

The user can click on OK and the error box goes away.

Any help would be appreciated
