Error- before running program!

Hi-

I have a Word97 template which opens up several user forms.

It was working last week, but I tried it now and I get:

Word could not merge the main document with the data source because the data
records were empty or no data records matched your query options.

When I open Word, I select the template from the dropdown list of recent
programs. It used to open the template, then automatically open the 1st form.

Now, when I select the template, it gives me the above error, before
displaying the template or opening any form.

What's hapening??
