Error Bookmark not defined appears when I click print

I've created a TOC. When I go to print the document the doc appears fine on
the screen but when I click print an error shows up. One or two of the TOC
lines shows an "Error Bookmark not Defined" which appears on the screen and
in print. What could be wrong. I've tried everything I can think of.
