Error: Cannot open default email folders. The information store could

Please make my Christmas and solve this issue.

I am running Windows 7 and M/soft Office Pro Plus 2007.

Since installing Windows 7 and sadly using Windows Easy (not so
Transfer
I have tried:

1. To solve this under a different user name (neil r and string
"Outlook 2007 will not open") but that stalled and I was not gettin
email notifications hence new user name.

2. Disabling all add-ins.
3. Removing Windows Live.
4. New profiles.
5. Uninstalling/reinstalling MS Office
6. Uninstalling/reinstalling MS Office manually.
7. Fixit 50202
8. PST repairs
9. Renaming and deleting the Outlook folders under %appdata%/local an
Roaming, doing a repair of MS Office. Creating a new profile the
running Outlook.
10. Renaming and deleting the Outlook folders under %appdata%/local an
Roaming, doing a repair of MS Office. Creating a new profile via Contro
Panel then running Outlook.
11. Probably other things I have tried too.

Could this be a security issue?

When you created a new Profile did you copy old Profile or create a new data
file and add the accounts then test the accounts?
And what type of account pop, imap or?

It is a POP account.

When I created a new Profile, I tried both creating new accounts an
using old account. Always tested the email accounts (unencrypted) an
they worked fine.
