I am assisting a customer using Access 2000, but the rest of her office
system has been updated to Office 2003. Customer claims this was working fine
until the recent Office 2003 upgrade. Customer opens a table and then does a
File, Send To, As Attachnent, and chooses Excel. She gets the message from
Microsoft Access: "Microsoft Access can't send a message for the reason
stated in the preceding alert. Resolve that problem, and then send the
message again." There is no previous alert so its kinda hard to resolve the
previous problem. I searched the MSKB and the only info found was referring
to an Outlook security update for Outlook 98. Is anyone familiar with this
error and what I may be able to do to resolve it?
TIA
