I keep getting the above when I try to download clips Catastrophic error? I
am unable to find the answer in the Troubleshooting section

The discussion shown here suggests that this problem is due to the Office XP
SP3 update:

You might see if the following search yields anything relevant to your
situation:

There is, for example, at least one "hotfix" for a similar problem (error is
not identical) in Windows 2000. So, a lot would depend on what version of
Windows you're running.
