error code 0x800CCC60

I am getting this error code when i am trying to send an email:
0x800CCC60
Office outlook dosnt send the message, but saves the message as non send.
All of my configurations are correct and works with outlook express.
i have no antivirus blokking port 25 an my ISP serviceprovider has opened
the port as well...

what to do??

Do you have the correct SMTP authentication settings entered?

yes i do.... the exact same settings works with outlook express...
