Error code 1305. Office 2000 to XP

Installing Office 2000 from old laptop to new laptop with
XP. Disk 1 installed ok. Disk 2; Error Code 1305 Error
reading file D:\Pfiles\MSOffice\Office\SBT\SBCMDwiz.DLL.
Verify that file exist. HELP!
