error code 1317

I just bought microsoft streets and trips 2008 and when I try to install I
get an error 1317. Can someone please tell me what I can do about it?

Your question may be better answered in a Streets and Trips newsgroup
appropriate to your problem. This newsgroup is dedicated to the Microsoft
Access database product. FWIW, I was able to install it on my XP machine
without any problem.
