Ok, so the error isn't an Access error, it is a Setup error. As you can see,
you didn't give enough information to begin with.
The first thing I would do would be to look for fingerprints or other
obscuring items on the CD. Take a soft, lint free cloth and try cleaning the
CD. If that doesn't help, try copying the CD to a folder on your hard drive
and install from there. If you are still having problems, please post in the
microsoft.public.office.setup newsgroup. They should be more familiar with
setup errors than I am.
