Error Code 80070664 All Updates for Office 2007 Fail

I have not had any updates to office 2007 succeed. The error codes are
always 80070664 and 643. I've searched for an answer at Microsoft sites and
Google with no solution. Any ideas?

Were is the solution, defining the error without solution is useless.
