Error code: 9100

We just started receiving the following message and do not
know what it means:
"An exception occured in the MS Project Server. MS Project
Server encountered a problem with this error code:9100.
Please contact your server administrator."

Does anyone know what this is? or where our admin needs to
look for an explanation?
Is there a list that explains error codes?

THanks for any help.
