Error Code 9112 in Project server

I am getting the error 9112 when I try to open any project. It is not opening
any document table.
Can any one help me in identifying the problem. IS it something to do with
enterprise pool. We are using RBS for security and My resource views.

I am having administrator permissions.The error I get in PWA when I try to
open resources centre is:
Microsoft JScript runtime error '800a138f'

'rsFields.RecordCount' is null or not an object

if i want to begin the 3D-chat "roomance" the error "error9112" occures and the program finishes.
