Error Code 9559

When we try to open a project file, a dialog box with the following text
displays

Project Server encountered a problem with this error code: 9559
Please contact your administrator

Is this a known issue? We run MS Project Server 2003 on SQL Server 2000.

Are you running the latest service packs for both PS2003 and SQL 2000 ?

Does this error relate to one plan or all plans ?

Use the settracing tool to enable verbose logging. Does this provide any
more detailed reporting ?

It is only happening on one plan. I'm not sure what the settracing tool is.
Is this a DBA tool?
