Error Code: on Office 2003 update

I keep on trying to install office updates and I receive the error code :
0x51F.

I run the detect and repair tool and got a message that file :A2561405.CAB
is missing.

1.I resently run a registry clean up program, can this have removed it ??
2. I do not have available the original disc, how can I get the file ?
