"Error Copying File or Folder" whenever starting Microsoft Word 20

I am using MS Word 2007. I encounter a very annoying problem with MS Word. I
will try my best to describe the problem:
- Whenever I open MS Word, It pops up an error message box with title "Error
Copying File or Folder" with a message "Connot copy file: Cannot read from
the source file or disk.", and there is only an 'OK' button for clicking.
- After the 'OK' is clicked, the error message won't pop up for all file
opened afterward.
- But if I close MS Word completly then reopen it, the error message pops up
again.

It seems it is not affecting the normal working in MS Word, but this error
message is just so annoying. Do you have a clue what's wrong? Since it's my
company's admin installed the Word at adifferent company site. I am guessing
that MS Word tries to look for a file or folder when opening up but can not
find it. Do you know the set of files that Words looks for when initializing?
Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Kenneth

It suggests that Word is trying to load something that is corrupt or no
longer exists - though it usually gives a name. What happens if you start in
Safe Mode? From Start | Run, type in

winword /a

and press enter. Does it error now? If not, I suggest that you look in the
Word Start-up folder to see what it is trying to load.

Thanks Terry, your "/a" option helped me to identify the problem and fix it.
The problem was caused by a remained bad add-in link.
