error displaying images based on slide animation

Hello,

I have a presentation where all slides have the fade in animation.
Starting at slide 4 every other slide has a image of a document in
it.

When displaying the show the images never actually display on a
machine that has ppt versions less than 2007. It is saved as a ppt
97-2003.

Changing the animation to no animation causes the image to display
properly.

Anyone know why this is doing this?
