Dear MS,
We received the following error:
AppName: msqry32.exe AppVer: 11.0.5510.0 ModName: msjet40.dll ModVer:
4.0.9511.0 Offset: 000355ed
I searched through the web, there is no any page with this offset ID or a
thread with AppName and ModName at the same text.
Our Customers environment:
Win XP SP2
MS Office 2003 (Access 2003 and Excel 2003)
Action already taken: Detect and Repair without solution, also made complete
office re-install without solution.
Error occurs only one PC, for others file is working, export-import
functioning correctly.
I'm looking forward for the solution.
