error during installation of office

I have an error during the installation of office
(version 2002) that aborts me during the installation.

I don't know how to correct the error so that I can
complete the installation.

I sent the error report during the abort via the
internet.

It had something to do with locating a network file.

I can re-create if needed to send actual report, however
maybe you can find the report already sent and advise on
how to correct.
